1 cup udad dal
2.5 cup rice
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 green chili slitted
chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
water to make batter
oil to make dosa
Soak udad dal n rice for 3 hours.Grind to a smooth paste.
Add little water n make medium thick paste n keep overnight for fermentation.
Next day morning add the rest ingredients except oil.
Add little more water so that batter is thin as shown in pic.
Now heat tawa n pour little oil n brush over tawa.
Now spread one big spoon of batter n keep medium flame ,after 1 min the dosa start leaving the sides.
Wait till it turns golden color ,now it ready to serve.
Have with some curry or chutney.
