Butter Naan with paneer masala my family crazy about this hope same for all of you also…
2 cups all purpose flour(maida)
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lukewarm water
salt to taste
water to make dough
butter for coating
1 tbsp oil
dry flour for rolling the naan
Take maida,curd n oil.
Now in a bowl take sugar,dry yeast n lukewarm water,mix properly.Keep for 10 min for fermentation.It will double in size.
Then add this mixture to maida mixture n knead the dough.It should be soft.
Cover this witha wet muslin cloth for 15 min.
The dough again double in size,again knead it.Remeber naan procedure is little bit long but if u do in this way the naan will be soft.
Then make balls n again cover it with wet cloth for 10 min.It will double in size ,knead it little bit.
Now pat a ball with dry flour n roll it dont be tense for shape.
Now preheat the oven for 5 min.Coat the tray with oil.
Spread butter on one side of naan n bake it for 5 min.
Then turn the naan from other sides n apply butter again n repeat the same process,bake till golden color.
Serve it with any gravy dish….
