Dahi Bhindi

This recipe is given by my friend Savita i tried n it comes out gr8 Thanks Savita…for a new dish of bhindi


12-15 medium size bhindis cut into 2 inch length wise

1 medium tomato chopped

2 green chili chopped

2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp pancha phoran

1 tsp oil

1 cup fresh curd

salt to taste


Take little oil n in high flame saute bhindis for 3-4 min.

Now take out them n heat rest oil.

Add pnacha phoran,when mustard seeds start crackle add green chili.

Now add chopped tomato with coriander powder n turmeric powder.

Stir it till tomatoes become paste.Now add fresh curd with little water n boil for 2 min.

Now add stir-fried bhindis n salt , boil for 2min.

Serve with rice….
