For Mustard Paste
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 big garlic cloves
1 red chili
12-15 medium size bhindi cut into 2 inch length
1 small onion chopped
1 big tomato chopped
2 green chili chopped
2 tsp mustard oil
1 tsp pancha-phoran
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
Heat 1 tsp oil,add pancha phoran.
When mustard seeds start crackle add chopped onion n green chili.
When onion become transparent add chopped tomato with turmeric powder,saute for 3-4 min.
Now add 1 tbsp of mustard paste n mix well.
In between stir fry bhindis with rest oil in high flame for 3 min.
Add these bhindis to the paste,stir fry for 3-5 min.
Serve with rice…
