This one a variety of dosa…learnt from my mom
1 cup rice
1/3 cup grated coconut
3 green chili
1 inch ginger
2 tsp sesame seeds
oil for making dosas
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves(optional)
Soak rice for 4 hrs.
Now add ginger,green chili,coconut,tomatoes with rice and make a paste adding water.
Add salt n sesame seeds to this.
The batter consistency is like rawa dosa batter.
Now heat tawa,spread oil all over,take a big spoon of batter n spread it.
Cover this for 30 sec,when it turns golden color remove n serve with pickle…
