Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

16 paneer cubes
1/2 cup green capsicum cut into 1 inch size(same for yellow n red capsicum)
1/2 cup onion cut into 1 inch size
1/2 cup tomato(deseeded)  cut into 1 inch size
1/2 cup besan
1/4 cup cornflour
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
3 green chili chopped
salt to taste

water for marination

oil for coating

8 saute sticks

Procedure

Add all spices with besan n cornflour.

Add oil,lemon juice,ginger-garlic paste n chopped green chili to this.

Now add little water,the paste should be thick.

First add paneer cubes n mix it properly so that the mixture well coated with all paneer cubes.

Paneer will be added first otherwise chances are it will be broken.

Now add all veggies n marinate for 1/2 an hour.

In between soak the saute sticks so that when u make tikka it will not burn.

Now insert veggie n paneer cubes in each stick.

Apply oil on tawa n in medium heat shallow fry it.

In between coat some oil on each stick n turn it around so that from all sides it will be done.

Serve hot…with green chutney
