This restaurant style recipe told by one of my friend preety…jhatpat ready…
Did lil variation
200 gm paneer cut into cubes
2 med onion cut into cubes
3 med tomatoes cut into cubes
3 green chili
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp malai
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 cup hot milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Heat 1 tsp oil n add all veggies, saute for 3 to 4 min.
Now make it cool down n grind to a smooth paste by adding malai to this.
Heat 1 tbsp oil n add the paste, saute till oil seprates from masala.
Now add water n bring to a boil.
Add paneer cubes n boil for 2 min.
Now in another bowl take hot milk n add all spices except kasuri methi.
When masala mixture cools down add the milk mixture n mix it.
If we add milk mixture to hot masala may be it curdles.
Now rub kasuri methi with hand n sprinkle over it…
Have this with fresh naan or roti…
