As this poori has all spices n masala we can hv this with any pickle…saviour for a long journey…
Preparation Time 10 min
Heating Time 10 min
Frying Time 3 min

1 cup atta
1/2 cup maid a
1/8 cup sooji
1/4 cup butter milk( I used hungcurd water)
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Mix all dry ingredients n oil properly.
Then add buttermilk and make a stiff dough. If required use little more.
I prepared hungcurd so excess water left that one I used instead of buttermilk.
Rest the dough for 10 min.
Make small dumplings n roll it little thick.
Heat oil n fry these puris till golden brown color.
Serve with any sukhi sabji n chutney…
