As summer started…so all are crazy for some cool cool thanda thanda..so prepare this

This one also I tried on comp day…

Ingredients

Preparation time : 5 min
Serving Persons  : 4

Ingredients

1 cup hung curd
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup grinded biscuits
1/2 cup chopped fruits(apple n guava)
1/2 tbsp chopped dryfruits(cashewnut,almond,pistachio)
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Procedure

Take hung curd n whisk it properly to make a smooth paste.
Add honey to this n mix well.
Now take any glass n keep hungcurd mix at base.
Now on this fill grinded biscuits.
Then chopped fruits.Again fill hungcurd mix.
And on top garnish with dryfruits n pomegranate seeds.
Keep in freeze for 1 hrs n serve chilled…
