My daughter now a days don’t like non veg in gravy form…so thought to prepare as starter…it’s easy to prepare also
When she tasted it…after a long days she told its yummy mom…it brings smile to my face
Preparation Time 5 min
Marination Time 30 min
Cooking Time 7 min
Serving Persons 3
15 big size prawns
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp curd
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1tsp+2tbsp mustard oil
Salt to taste
Marinate the prawns with all above given ingredients with 1 tsp oil n keep at least for 30 min.
Now heat mustard oil n shallow fry these for 4 min.
Flip it one by one carefully n cook for rest 3min
Under a tooth pick in each prawn n serve this mouth watering starter hot…
Notes U can use any refined oil but mustard oil enhance the taste.
